  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The refund request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • A parcel opening video (from start to finish) is provided for any damage, defect, or incorrect product claim.

1.2. Non-refundable items include:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund
  • Photos or videos showing the issue (including full parcel opening video)

We will review and respond within 3 business days.

3. Return Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Return the product to the following address (to be provided upon approval).
  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit. Please provide your bank details for the transfer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must follow the same conditions as refund requests.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos, including a full parcel opening video.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at floralsbynila@gmail.com.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be made. The refund policy will apply in such cases.
